Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
