Returns & Refund Policy – Rare Cigars

At Rare Cigars, we take pride in offering premium, handmade cigars. Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise outlined below.

1. All Sales Final

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars once they have been shipped.

2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains incorrect items, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, email us with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)
A description of the issue (including which items are incorrect or missing)

If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement shipment (including any missing or incorrect items), or
Store credit or a refund for the affected items.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Rare Cigars is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

4. Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or customs, we are not responsible for transit delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

6. Age Verification

By purchasing from Rare Cigars, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction). We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails age verification.
